The event took place this Friday at the Uni\u00f3n Panamericana High School, organized by the National Institute of Physical Education (INEFI).\n\nThe competition brought together 493 students from 17 school districts, who demonstrated discipline and coordination in this recreational modality.\n\nThe educational center of Puerto Plata stood out for its firmness, security, and synchronization, obtaining the highest score. Second place went to the Pontezuela Abajo center, from Santiago (Regional 08), and third to the Ercilia Pep\u00edn School, from San Crist\u00f3bal (Regional 04).\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">INEFI Statements<\/h2>\n\n\nAlberto Rodr\u00edguez Mella, executive director of INEFI, congratulated the winning centers and encouraged students to continue participating in this modality. He thanked President Luis Abinader for his support, highlighting the importance of these initiatives for students.\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>These events remain in the memory of each student forever.<\/p><cite>Alberto Rodr\u00edguez Mella<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\nThe festival&#8217;s objective is to promote the comprehensive development of children through playful experiences that strengthen integration, coexistence, and the values of respect and cooperation. It seeks to stimulate creativity and participation in a safe environment for physical, emotional, and social growth.\n\nRodr\u00edguez Mella also valued the work of physical education teachers, highlighting the formative and cultural impact of the event.
