Swiatek Criticizes Umpiring Decision in Roland Garros Semifinals<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Iga Swiatek, after her defeat in the Roland Garros semi-finals against Aryna Sabalenka, expressed her disagreement with the umpire’s decision not to inspect a mark on the court at her request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The incident occurred during the second set, with Swiatek leading 4-2, while Sabalenka was serving on the Philippe-Chatrier court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After Sabalenka’s first serve was called out, Swiatek pointed at the mark and asked the umpire Kader Nouni to review it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
