The victory was crucial for Tsarukyan, who had not competed in more than a year and a half, and allowed him to regain a prominent place in the division&#8217;s ranking.\n\nTsarukyan&#8217;s triumph secured his return to the top 2 of the lightweight rankings.\n\nRegarding the changes in the ranking, Ian Machado Garry moved up from number 5 to number 4 in welterweight, after his victory over Belal Muhammad.
