This achievement comes just weeks after Spoelstra lost his home in a fire. Fortunately, his children were not at home at the time. Despite the adversity, Spoelstra has not missed a day of work, and the Heat have maintained their pace, with an impressive 13-6 record in the season, ranking third in the Eastern Conference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
