The appeal will be resolved by Derrick Brooks, Ramon Foster, or Jordy Nelson, the officials designated by the NFL and the NFL Players Association.\n\nIf the suspension is confirmed, Moehrig will miss the Panthers&#8217; matchup against the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday.\n\nAdditionally, the Panthers might be without Pro Bowl cornerback Jaycee Horn, who suffered a concussion at the end of the first half of Monday&#8217;s game. Coach Dave Canales reported that Horn will be evaluated daily.\n\nCanales also announced that Corey Thornton, who replaced Horn, suffered a tibia fracture that will end his season and require surgery.\n\nRegarding Moehrig, Canales confirmed they spoke, but preferred not to comment on the incident after reviewing the recording. He also mentioned that Moehrig is dealing with an ankle problem.\n\nIt will be day by day. Although Jennings did not react immediately, he was seen asking the officials to penalize Moehrig. However, Jennings responded at the end of the game with a quick, open-handed slap to Moehrig&#8217;s facemask.
