After the fight, the boxer claimed to have gone through difficult times during his preparation, although he did not specify the details.\n\nBoth pugilists had to comply with a rehydration clause that limited their weight to 170 pounds on the morning of the fight. Eubank Jr., who has competed in the middleweight category (160 pounds), made it clear that he does not consider this weight to be ideal for him.\n\nDespite doubts about his continuity in boxing, Shalom has confirmed that Eubank Jr. is aiming to fight again next year.\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>He&#8217;s doing okay, he&#8217;s recovering.
