In 2010, he managed in the DSL with the Mets, and continued his rise through rookie and Class A teams between 2012 and 2017.\n\nBetween 2021 and 2024, he managed in AA within the Texas Rangers system. In the Dominican League, in addition to the Gigantes del Cibao, he has managed for Escogido and \u00c1guilas Cibae\u00f1as, as well as serving as a coach with Estrellas Orientales and Tigres del Licey.\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Gigantes del Cibao on the Rise<\/h2>\n\n\nUnder Leger&#8217;s direction, the Gigantes del Cibao have shown a remarkable performance in recent weeks.
