His total performance of four rounds was 7 under par, with a total of 281 strokes.\n\n\n<p>This result allowed her to surpass Nelly Korda, number one in the world, and Japan&#8217;s Rio Takeda by two strokes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a prize for her victory, Stark received $2.4 million, in the most important event of the women&#8217;s golf season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/a4.espncdn.com\/combiner\/i?img=%2Fphoto%2F2025%2F0601%2Fr1501359_1024x576_16%2D9.jpg\" alt=\"\" title=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Maja Stark, from Sweden, holds her winner&#8217;s trophy after winning the U.S. Women&#8217;s Open golf tournament at Erin Hills.<\/p>\n\n\nStark, 25, becomes the sixth Swedish golfer to win an LPGA major.
