CLEVELAND \u2013 Dominican third baseman Jos\u00e9 Ram\u00edrez has been awarded the prestigious Bob Feller Man of the Year Award, a recognition given by the Baseball Writers’ Association of America (BBWAA) of Cleveland.<\/p>\n
This award highlights Ram\u00edrez’s excellence in the 2025 season, recognizing his impact and performance on the field.<\/p>\n
Ramirez, a key figure in obtaining the American League Central Division title, adds this award for the fourth time in his career, having won it in 2016, 2021, and 2022.<\/p>\n
In the 2025 season, the 33-year-old player once again became an undisputed leader for the Guardians, demonstrating his worth with notable offensive performances.<\/p>\n
In 158 games, Ram\u00edrez exhibited an impressive .283\/.360\/.503 average, including 34 doubles, 30 home runs, 85 RBIs, and 44 stolen bases, leading the team in all these categories.<\/p>\n
His outstanding season earned him third place in the Most Valuable Player voting and his seventh All-Star Game selection.<\/p>\n
