Flavio Briatore has stated that Alpine will not make a hasty decision on who will replace Oliver Oakes as team principal.<\/p>\n\n\nBriatore took over the responsibilities of team director after Oakes’ surprising resignation in early May.\n\n\n

Before the Spanish Grand Prix, the Italian participated as a representative of the Alpine team in the Friday press conference, although the team has emphasized that he is not intended to identically replace Oakes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
