Major League Soccer (MLS) has decided to reopen an investigation into allegations of inappropriate workplace behavior.\n\nAccording to a recent report, Tanner allegedly made racist comments directed at Black players, coaches, and referees. He is also accused of using sexist and anti-gay language in the workplace. These allegations were presented to the league through a complaint from the MLS Players Association.\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n\n<p>&#8220;The Philadelphia Union takes all allegations of misconduct very seriously and is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for everyone associated with our club. Discrimination, harassment, or abusive conduct of any kind has no place here, and all personnel must complete annual sensitivity training,&#8221; the club communicated.<\/p>\n\n<cite>Philadelphia Union<\/cite>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\nMLS had previously concluded an investigation into the allegations, but closed the case after being unable to verify the claims. Following the publication of the report, the league announced the reopening of the investigation to further analyze the allegations.\n\nMLS stated that, although the initial investigation could not corroborate the accusations, it will be reopened following the emergence of new allegations and possible information.
