Let&#8217;s hope it&#8217;s less, but it&#8217;s most likely in that time frame.<\/p><cite>Doc Rivers, Bucks coach<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\nBucks coach Doc Rivers called the injury &#8220;good news&#8221; in an interview on the Bucks+ Audio podcast &#8220;Courtside with Gale Klappa&#8221;.\n\nRivers explained that Antetokounmpo began to feel discomfort in his groin from the first quarter of Monday&#8217;s game, touching his left groin on several occasions before leaving the game. With 3:03 left in the second quarter, Antetokounmpo limped on defense before committing a foul and heading to the Bucks&#8217; locker room.\n\nAntetokounmpo has had one of the best starts to a season of his career, averaging 32.6 points with 63% shooting accuracy, 11.3 rebounds, and 7.1 assists in his first 12 games.\n\nThe Bucks have relied even more on their superstar, with a usage rate of 36.4%, the second highest in the NBA before Monday and the highest for Antetokounmpo since the 2022-23 season.\n\n\n<p>Without their star, the Bucks were outscored 59-49 and shot 38.6% from the field after halftime against the Cavs, losing two straight games for the first time this season.
