A fan yelled &#8220;Angel Reese&#8221; towards Green, who initially reacted with laughter.\n\nHowever, after the fan repeated the chant several times, Green approached to confront him on the baseline during a stoppage in the second quarter.\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>It was a good joke at first, but you can&#8217;t keep calling me a woman. I have four children, one on the way. You can&#8217;t keep calling me a woman.<\/p><cite>Draymond Green<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\nThe fan, identified as Sam Green, 35 years old and a resident of New Orleans, stood up when Draymond Green approached. They interacted for several seconds before official Courtney Kirkland intervened. The fan received a warning, but was not ejected.\n\nIn the past, Green has been fined by the league. In May 2022, he received a $25,000 fine for making gestures towards Memphis fans and another $25,000 fine in December 2022 for using obscene language towards a fan in Dallas.\n\nOn this occasion, he was given a warning, but not a fine.\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>As long as he doesn&#8217;t escalate, it&#8217;s okay for a player to approach and have a conversation.
