American tennis player Coco Gauff expressed her opinion on the scheduling of the French Open, suggesting areas for improvement. The young tennis star highlighted the importance of women’s matches receiving the same attention as men’s.<\/p>\n\n\n

Gauff Advocates for Equality in Programming<\/h2>\n\n\nGauff, after her victory in the second round, joined the criticism of Ons Jabeur, who questioned the organizers’ preference for men’s matches in the night sessions. Since the introduction of the night session in 2022, only two out of 34 matches have been women’s.\n\nThe American tennis player pointed out that women’s matches deserve a place in the night schedule, arguing that they offer high-quality tennis and have great stars that fans would enjoy watching.\n\n\n
