Linn Grant leads The Annika with a solid performance<\/h2>\n\nSwedish golfer Linn Grant is at the top of The Annika after a standout round on Saturday, looking to extend her winning streak.\n\nGrant demonstrated his skill with two 15-foot putts and five birdies, culminating in an impressive 65 (-5) at the Pelican Golf Club. With this performance, he placed himself with a one-stroke lead, with a total of 14 under par (196).\n\nThe golfer had a near-perfect day, missing only one green and two fairways, and sealed her last birdie with an approach and putt from a bunker on the 14th hole.\n\nJennifer Kupcho, with a bogey-free round, is one stroke away.\n\nNataliya Guseva, from Russia, achieved seven birdies in the last ten holes, signing a 63 that placed her two strokes behind the leader, as did Grace Kim (68).\n\n\n

\u201cI’ve hit a lot of greens. I think that’s been my secret this week. I trust my iron game a lot, I feel like I can attack the flags. I’m having a lot of fun out there,\u201d Grant commented.<\/p>Linn Grant<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\nGrant has completed 35 holes without bogeys, preparing for the final round where he will seek his second victory on the LPGA Tour.\n\nThe Swedish golfer, with previous experience in the Nordic Golf League, the Sunshine Ladies Tour, the Ladies European Tour and the LET Access Series, seeks to secure a victory in 2025, with this tournament and the CME Group Tour Championship as her final opportunities.\n\nKupcho, who kept pace with Grant for much of the day, expressed her frustration with the delays in the game, attributing them to a shorter course.\n\n\n

\u201cI thought the setup was still good. They do a really good job preparing this golf course every year. It\u2019s a little frustrating when you\u2019re leading or at the back of the group and you have to wait on every shot,\u201d Kupcho said.<\/p>Jennifer Kupcho<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\nThe current champion, Nelly Korda, who is seeking her first victory of the year, had an up-and-down performance, finishing six strokes behind the leader.\n\nKorda, after some initial bogeys, achieved three birdies in a sequence of four holes, but a missed putt on the 18th hole led her to finish with a 68.\n\n\n
