Knicks Face Significant Absences for Season Start<\/h2>\n\nThe New York Knicks have confirmed the absences of Josh Hart and Mitchell Robinson for the season opener against the Cleveland Cavaliers on Wednesday night.\n\nAdditionally, All-Star center Karl-Anthony Towns was listed as questionable due to a right quadriceps strain.\n\nJosh Hart, who is suffering from lower back spasms, has not played since he participated for seven minutes in the first preseason game against the Philadelphia 76ers in Abu Dhabi almost three weeks ago. Meanwhile, Mitchell Robinson, absent due to management of a left ankle injury, has not played since the first half of the Knicks’ preseason game against the Minnesota Timberwolves on October 9th.\n\n\n
