Everyone will have the same pressure. But I just want to accept the fact and enjoy the rest of the tournament.<\/p><cite>Sei Young Kim<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\nBrooke Matthews, from the United States, placed second with a score of 64, the best of the day.\n\nHyo Joo Kim and Rio Takeda shared third place, three strokes behind the leader.\n\nMatthews, a former University of Arkansas player, had a bogey-free round that included birdies on her first two holes and on holes 17 and 18.\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>It&#8217;s a little funny, I didn&#8217;t feel very comfortable going into this week, playing in China last week, I really didn&#8217;t have the best of me. But (that) made me go out and play it shot by shot, lower expectations and I feel like I handled it very well. I just stayed in the moment and ended up making some putts and accumulating good scores.<\/p><cite>Brooke Matthews<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\nMinjee Lee of Australia, with a score of 66, placed sixth, six strokes behind Kim. Brooke Henderson of Canada, with 68 strokes, and defending champion Hannah Green, with 69 strokes, are seven and nine strokes behind the leader, respectively.\n\nThis tournament marks the beginning of two consecutive LPGA events in South Korea, followed by the International Crown team event next week.\n\nLast week, Jeeno Thitikul became the first multiple winner of the LPGA season with a playoff victory in Shanghai over Minami Katsu.
