Samuel, who recently visited the New Orleans Saints, has a medical check-up scheduled for early July. After this check-up, he will meet with several teams interested in his services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Samuel Jr. was the Los Angeles Chargers’ starting cornerback before the 2024 season. However, his season ended before the Week 6 game against the Denver Broncos due to a shoulder injury.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the past season, he only participated in four games with the Chargers, the fewest in his career.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
At the end of the season, Samuel described the injury as a problem in both shoulders, a condition he has dealt with since birth. Although he did not go into detail, he assured that he does not believe this will affect his future in the sport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
At 25 years old, Samuel stands out for his ability to intercept the ball and his instinct in covering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the 2022 playoff game against the Jacksonville Jaguars, he intercepted quarterback Trevor Lawrence three times in the first half.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
One of Samuel’s weaknesses is his tackling ability, often taking poor angles and allowing more yards after the reception than expected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
