A Florida judge awarded him a default judgment of over $5 million in his lawsuit against the online platform Fanmio.\n\nJudge Beatrice Butchko Sanchez approved Masvidal’s request, after an arbitrator awarded the former BMF champion $5,315,268.64, plus post-judgment interest, related to his 2024 boxing match against Nate Diaz.\n\nMasvidal sued Fanmio in January, alleging that his agreement for the fight with Diaz included a $6 million purse, plus an additional million if he won. Masvidal lost the fight by decision and claimed he only received a $150,000 advance and a $1 million payment.\n\nThe referee ruled in favor of Masvidal, and with the final approval, this matter is resolved.\n\nHowever, Fanmio still faces lawsuits from other fighters.\n\n\n

An arbitrator awarded Diaz $6 million, plus attorney’s fees.
