This is the second time the Foster-Fulton fight has been postponed, as it was initially planned for August as part of the proposed fight between Gervonta Davis and Lamont Roach, which ultimately did not materialize.\n\nFundora, with a record of 23-1-1 and 15 knockouts, was expecting to fight for the third time in 2025. This year, he achieved knockout victories over Tim Tszyu and Chordale Booker. The fight against Thurman represented a high-profile title defense for &#8220;The Towering Inferno&#8221;.\n\nThurman, with a record of 36-1 and 23 knockouts, aimed to conquer super welterweight gold for the second time.
