Monarchs 2015 win the title in the Armed Forces softball tournament<\/h2>\n\nThe Monarchs-2015 were crowned champions of the XIV softball tournament of Academic Officers of the Armed Forces and the National Police, after defeating the Immortals 2003 in two games.\n\nThe first encounter, held at the Hip\u00f3lito Ure\u00f1a stadium of the Dominican Air Force, culminated in a victory for the Monarcas with a score of 10-3. Eudalys P\u00e9rez was the winning pitcher, while Julio Rodr\u00edguez took the loss.\n\nP\u00e9rez, in 6.0 innings, allowed three runs, seven hits, one home run, two strikeouts, and two walks.\n\nIn the second game, the Monarchs secured the championship with a 14-7 victory, driven by 14 hits. Eudalys P\u00e9rez again claimed the victory, this time as a reliever, and Julio Rodr\u00edguez suffered his second defeat.\n\nCarlos Ram\u00edrez stood out on offense, with three hits in three at-bats, three runs scored and six RBIs, including a triple and two home runs.\n\n\n

Awards and Recognition<\/h2>\n\n\nLieutenant Colonel Danny Batista Ozuna, president of Lisoa, presented the trophies to the Monarcas-2015 and the Inmortales-2003, who obtained second place.\n\nThe support of the Ministry of Defense and various personalities was appreciated.\n\n\n
