At the meeting, the official requirements of Major League Baseball (MLB) related to the necessary conditions to host regular season games and international events were presented.\n\nThe meeting took place at the offices of the Dominican Republic Professional Baseball League (LIDOM).\n\nOne of the key agreements was the hiring of a court interpreter. This professional will translate into Spanish the document sent by MLB, which is originally in English. The objective is to carry out a detailed evaluation before making a final decision on the project.\n\nIn addition, a progress report from the legal subcommittee was presented. This subcommittee is composed of the jurists Ang\u00e9lica Noboa Pag\u00e1n, Elka Scheker Mendoza, Edgar Torres Reynoso, and Julissa V\u00e1squez. They are in charge of analyzing all legal and contractual aspects of the project, with the advice of lawyer Olivo Rodr\u00edguez Huertas.\n\n<h2>Communications and Next Steps<\/h2>\n\nThe commission also received interview requests from Alejandro Marranzini Capano, legal representative of Championship Venture, Ltd., and Eduardo Najri, president of the Escogido Baseball Club. Both expressed their interest in presenting their views on the work.\n\nIt was reported that both parties will be heard in due course, as will other people and entities that have requested to participate in the consultation process.\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Meeting Participants<\/h2>\n\n\nIn addition to the members of the legal commission, the meeting was attended by the Minister of Sports Kelvin Cruz, the general director of Bandex, Catalino Correa Hiciano, the president of LIDOM, Vitelio Mej\u00eda Ortiz, and the national baseball commissioner, Junior Noboa.\n\nThe president of the Advisory Commission, Dr. Jorge Subero Isa, highlighted that the works are progressing as established by the presidential mandate. He assured that the project is being developed with transparency, technical rigor, and with the participation of all those involved in baseball and the urban development of the area where the new stadium will be built.\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201cWe are in a stage of analysis and reception of information.
