Crow-Armstrong: A Record History<\/h2>\n\nOn Friday, Crow-Armstrong hit his 30th home run of the season in the Cubs’ 12-1 victory over the St. Louis Cardinals. With this achievement, he became the first player in franchise history to reach 30 RBIs, 30 stolen bases, and 30 doubles in the same season.\n\n

This milestone positions him as the sixth player in Major League Baseball to achieve 30 home runs and 30 stolen bases in the current season.<\/p>\n\nCrow-Armstrong joins Cubs legend Sammy Sosa as the second player on the team to reach 30 RBIs and 30 stolen bases. Sosa achieved this feat in 1993 and 1995.\n\nThis year, he joins Corbin Carroll (Arizona), Jazz Chisholm Jr. (Yankees), Francisco Lindor and Juan Soto (Mets), and Jos\u00e9 Ram\u00edrez (Cleveland) in this exclusive 30-30 club of players.\n\nIn his third season in the Major Leagues, Crow-Armstrong expressed his satisfaction with this achievement.\n\n

This two-run homer gave the Cubs a 3-0 lead in the fourth inning.\n\nThe outfielder also has 35 stolen bases and 37 doubles. However, this was only his second home run in the last 29 games and the third in his last 55.\n\nDespite his excellent defensive performance, Crow-Armstrong has experienced a drop in his batting average in the second half of the season, going from .273 on August 1st to .245.\n\n\n
