The competition is expected to last until March 2026.\n\nA total of 16 teams from across the national territory will compete in this contest, designed for players born on or after January 1, 2009 (Sub-16).\n\nA total of 92 matches will be played, thus promoting the practice and growth of women&#8217;s soccer in the Dominican Republic.\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Competition Format<\/h2>\n\n\nThe competition will be held in several phases. The first phase will feature 16 clubs distributed in three zones: Metropolitan, North and South.\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Metropolitan Zone:<\/strong> SD Colonial, EF D&amp;F, CDR 5 de Abril, Atl\u00e9tico Los Villanos, Garrincha FC and Nacional FC.<\/li>\n<li><strong>South Zone:<\/strong> Estrella Azul FC, Para\u00edso FC, Sabana Yegua FC, Kenson FC and Neyba FC.<\/li>\n<li><strong>North Zone:<\/strong> Cibao FC, Real Deportivo, San Francisco FC, Jarabacoa A4 Sports and KM5 FC.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\nThe top four clubs from the Metropolitan Zone and the top two from the North and South zones will advance to the second phase, corresponding to the quarterfinals. The winners of this stage will advance to the semifinals and, subsequently, to the grand final.\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Results of the First Day (Metropolitan Area)<\/h2>\n\n\nThe Metropolitan Area already played its first date on the weekend of September 20th and 21st, 2025, with the following results:\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Garrincha FC 0-3 EF D&amp;F<\/li>\n<li>SD Colonial 2-0 Nacional FC<\/li>\n<li>CDR 2-1 Atl.
