“In baseball, any team can beat anyone, especially in short series. We won’t be the favorites, but that gives us freedom. Nobody expects us to achieve it, so we go out to play,” added Yelich.<\/p>Christian Yelich<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\nThe season presented challenges for the Brewers, with the departure of Willy Adames and the injury of Devin Williams. In addition, the recovery of veterans like Brandon Woodruff (shoulder surgery) and Yelich himself (back) generated uncertainty.\n\nAlthough both players were key, Woodruff’s participation in the postseason is in doubt after being placed on the injured list for a moderate strain.\n\n

Then, they put on “division champions” t-shirts, sprayed prosecco, and poured beer on themselves.\n\nIn the locker room, a blue flag with the signature of the late announcer Bob Uecker adorned the place.\n\nThe owner Mark Attanasio suggested that there was “Brewers magic or Uecker magic” on this team.\n\n
