Alondra Tapia contributed 17 points, while Massiel Matos added 13.\n\nYaneiris Rodr\u00edguez, the libero, stood out for her defensive performance.\n\nFrom Puerto Rico, Decelise Champi\u00f3n was the most outstanding player with 25 points, followed by Valeria V\u00e1zquez with 17 and Neria Ort\u00edz with 14.\n\nThe first set was dominated by the Dominican Republic with a score of 25-22. However, Puerto Rico reacted and took the next two sets.\n\nIn the fourth set, Madeline Guill\u00e9n led the offensive charge to even the match. Alondra Tapia and the middle blockers Geraldine Gonz\u00e1lez and Florangel Terreno also contributed crucial points.\n\n\n<p>The fifth set was equally hard-fought, reaching a score of 14-12 in favor of the Dominican Republic.
