Crawford, after one of his best exhibitions, took over the super middleweight throne.

Crawford New Super Middleweight King

Crawford left behind his privileged position at 154 pounds to become the new super middleweight monarch. His unanimous decision victory over Canelo in Las Vegas catapulted him to the top of the 168-pound division, relegating Canelo to second place.

On the fight card, Lester Martínez advanced in the super middleweight rankings after a split draw against WBC interim champion Christian Mbilli. The vibrant and hard-fought bout seemed to favor Martínez, who demonstrated resilience and good physical condition. Mbilli, although he started strong, faded in the final rounds. Martínez rises to number 6, while Mbilli drops to fifth, despite retaining his interim belt.

Naoya Inoue Maintains His Status

In Nagoya, Japan, Naoya Inoue, another outstanding pound-for-pound boxer, demonstrated his intelligence by dominating Murodjon Akhmadliev by unanimous decision and retaining his undisputed super bantamweight title. Inoue consolidates his position at the top of the division, while Akhmadliev maintains third place.

In the co-main event of Inoue-Akhmadliev, Christian Medina knocked out Yoshiki Takei in the fourth round, winning the WBO world title. Medina debuted in the rankings at number 3, while Takei suffered his first professional defeat and fell to number 4.

Alofoke Deportes’ divisional boxing rankings highlight the best in each weight category. These rankings are updated according to recent results and performances.

Boxers who have announced their move to a new weight category will be ranked in that division, if applicable, once they fight in it. Boxers who hold titles in two divisions may be ranked in both.

Boxers who have not competed in the last 12 months, and do not have a scheduled fight, will be removed from the rankings until they fight again. Any boxer who tests positive for a performance-enhancing substance will also be removed.

To get a list of the current champions in all weight categories, you can consult the information from Alofoke Deportes.

Heavyweights (Unlimited)

1:01 The numbers behind Bivol’s victory in the rematch against Beterbiev.
