I\u2019m so thankful for the memories and I\u2019m excited for the future. <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/L9u6yHw66L\" target=\"_blank\">pic.twitter.com\/L9u6yHw66L<\/a><\/p>\u2014 Stacy Lewis (@Stacy_Lewis) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/Stacy_Lewis\/status\/1798478709666234299?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">June 5, 2024<\/a><\/blockquote>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\nLewis&#8217;s career in professional golf is full of successes.\n\nShe joined the LPGA Tour in 2009, after a distinguished career at the University of Arkansas, and achieved 13 victories, including titles at the 2011 Kraft Nabisco Championship and the 2013 Women&#8217;s British Open, both majors.\n\nLewis was a two-time LPGA Tour Player of the Year (2012, &#8217;14) and ranks 14th on the all-time money list, with over $14 million earned in 374 events.\n\nIn addition, she was part of four Solheim Cup teams as a player and then captained the team that defeated Europe in September 2024.\n\nIn her message, Lewis expressed her pride in the progress of the LPGA Tour and encouraged her colleagues to continue driving the sport forward.\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>I have taken care of the LPGA Tour as if it were my own child and I am very proud of the progress we have made, but to my colleagues, we are not finished!
