La Romana \u2013 Los Toros del Este kicked off their preseason with the Early Camp, bringing together 40 players at the Francisco Micheli Stadium. This event marks the beginning of the bullfighting preparation for the 2025-26 season, which will start on October 15.<\/p>\n
Jes\u00fas Mej\u00eda, general manager, and V\u00edctor Est\u00e9vez, team leader, welcomed the players who showed up early in the morning. Est\u00e9vez highlighted the importance of communication, integration, and commitment to achieve the goal of returning to the playoffs and fighting for the championship.<\/p>\n
Among the players present at the Early Camp were Sandber Pimentel, who signed as a free agent in the offseason; Wendell Rijo; Estamy Ure\u00f1a, after a standout season in Mexico; Yeison Asencio; Engel Beltr\u00e9; Cristopher Familia; Carlos Castro and Luis Valdez.<\/p>\n
Regarding the pitchers, Jarlin Garc\u00eda, Jos\u00e9 Adames, Franklyn Kilom\u00e9, Wandisson Charles, Michael Ynoa, and Chester Pimentel, among others, stood out.<\/p>\n
Several invited players will seek a spot on the roster, including Roman infielder Jefry Marte, Jeison Guzm\u00e1n, Rainel Rosario, and Richard Ure\u00f1a.<\/p>\n
