He is expected to be at 100% when spring training begins in February.\n\nThe injury also landed Winn on the injured list earlier this season. He said it has been bothering him for the past few weeks.\n\nWinn tried to play through the pain, but his knee didn&#8217;t respond as he or the team&#8217;s medical staff had hoped.\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>We took a couple of days (in Seattle), but it didn&#8217;t feel right there. I was hoping that after three days of rest it would feel much better and when I showed up yesterday, it was really difficult to hit and take ground balls.<\/p><cite>Masyn Winn<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\nIn his second full season in the Major Leagues, 23-year-old Winn batted .253 with nine home runs and 51 RBIs.
