Seeing him pointing to his elbow is tough.&#8221;\n\nGarc\u00eda had hit the previous batter, Addison Barger, in the foot with a curveball on the first pitch.\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Astros infielder Carlos Correa said he was &#8220;devastated&#8221; to see Garc\u00eda leave injured.<\/p>\n<cite>Carlos Correa<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\nGarc\u00eda earned a win against the Angels on September 1st, allowing three hits and three runs in six innings in his first start since May 1, 2023.\n\nEspada affirmed that Garcia had no problem recovering from that opening.\n\n&#8220;He&#8217;s been fine,&#8221; Espada said. &#8220;If there was any issue, he wouldn&#8217;t have pitched. Just unfortunate.&#8221;\n\nAgainst Toronto, right-hander Garc\u00eda retired the batters in order in the first inning.
