The 28-year-old was the victim of a shooting at an apartment complex in Jackson, New Jersey, this weekend.\n\nAuthorities responded to a call about shots fired on Saturday morning, finding Toraya Reid dead near the complex exit. According to Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley Billhimer, the victim had multiple gunshot wounds.\n\nIn relation to the incident, Shaquille Green, 29, a resident of Jackson, was arrested and charged with murder and weapons-related charges.\n\nBillhimer revealed that Reid and Green were in a romantic relationship. Green remains in custody and it is unknown if he has hired a lawyer.\n\nNaz Reid, 25, is preparing for his seventh season with the Timberwolves, the team with which he recently signed a five-year contract.
