According to sources close to the club, the accepted offer amounts to 125 million pounds sterling (approximately 170 million dollars), although Newcastle assures that the agreement reaches 130 million pounds.\n\nIsak is expected to undergo medical examinations before the transfer deadline closes on Monday at 7 p.m. BST (2 p.m. ET).\n\nThis signing brings an end to one of the longest transfer sagas of the summer, with Isak pushing to leave Newcastle for over a month.\n\nThe 25-year-old player did not participate in the club’s pre-season tour of Asia and has not played for Eddie Howe’s team this season.\n\nEarlier this month, Isak released a statement where he claimed that the Newcastle board had “broken promises” and insisted that a transfer this summer would be best for all parties.\n\n\n

El fichaje de Alexander Isak por el Liverpool parece ser el fin de una de las sagas de traspasos del verano.
