The attack was widely viewed online in live-streamed images on Saturday and spread on social media.\n\nAccording to the academy, Jackson assaulted Smith during a match, deviating from the normal script to commit the aggression. Jackson threw at least 20 punches to the fighter’s head, who was apparently unconscious.\n\nOther fighters finally separated Jackson from Smith, and Jackson fled the academy, located in the Sun Valley neighborhood in Los Angeles.\n\nThe Los Angeles Police Department responded to the academy and is investigating the incident.\n\nKnokX Pro Entertainment & Academy published a statement on its Facebook page condemning Jackson’s actions.
