The main objective is to prepare the competitors for the XXV Central American and Caribbean Games Santo Domingo 2026.\n\nThe event took place at the La Vega Sports Complex, under the direction of national coach Kenny N\u00fa\u00f1ez Veras and Jos\u00e9 P\u00e9rez, president of the Modern Pentathlon Association of Santo Domingo and La Vega.\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Selective Control Results<\/h2>\n\n\nIn the men&#8217;s category, the athletes who stood out were Jos\u00e9 Ozoria, Yeraldo Debora, and Brayan Almonte. In the women&#8217;s division, the best were Brandy Benjam\u00edn, Naomi Mad\u00e9, and Isauri Rodr\u00edguez.\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>I am honored by this recognition from the Modern Pentathlon sport, whose athletes are preparing to compete in the 2026 Santo Domingo Central American and Caribbean Games.<\/p><cite>Jos\u00e9 Luis Bautista<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\nN\u00fa\u00f1ez Veras and P\u00e9rez expressed their recognition to Jos\u00e9 Luis Bautista, executive director of the Dominican Sports Hostel (Alodom), highlighting the importance of this place for the rest of high-performance athletes.\n\nMiguel Adames, provincial director of Sports of the Ministry of Sports, highlighted La Vega&#8217;s satisfaction as the host of this sporting event.\n\nIn the first control, carried out the previous month, the selected athletes were Gabriel Dom\u00ednguez, Jos\u00e9 Ozoria and Brayan Almonte in the men&#8217;s category, and Karina Ferm\u00edn, Ana Leidys Arias and Brandy Benjam\u00edn in the women&#8217;s category.
