Vince McMahon in trouble after traffic accident<\/h2>\n\nFormer WWE CEO Vince McMahon is at the center of controversy after being accused of causing an accident on a Connecticut highway. The incident, which occurred last Thursday, involved his Bentley and two other vehicles.\n\nMcMahon was cited for reckless driving and following too closely to the vehicle in front, according to a state police report. The accident took place on the Merritt Parkway, in Westport. Fortunately, there were no injuries.\n\nMcMahon was released after posting a $500 bail and is scheduled to appear in Stamford Superior Court on August 26.\n\nThe photos taken by one of the people involved in the accident, Barbara Doran, show considerable damage to the front of McMahon’s 2024 Bentley Continental GT Speed. The images also reveal damage to the rear of Doran’s BMW 430.\n\nThe police report details that McMahon was driving northbound when he rear-ended the BMW and crashed into a wooden barrier. A vehicle traveling southbound struck debris from the accident that flew over the barrier.\n\nAccording to the police, none of the vehicles were carrying passengers and all three drivers were wearing seatbelts. McMahon’s car airbags deployed, while Doran’s did not.\n\n\n
