Frustrations at the Quarterback Position<\/h2>\n\nWhile Rodgers deals with his helmet issue, rookie quarterback Will Howard faces complications due to an accident that fractured a finger on his throwing hand.\n\nHoward, who initially thought he had only hurt his finger, realized the seriousness of the situation during the next individual session. He described the injury as something that frustrates him, but he hopes to be back soon.\n\nThe sixth-round player will not undergo surgery, but he uses a splint on his ring and little fingers of his throwing hand.\n\n
