Khabib Nurmagomedov Wishes for a Change in Conor McGregor’s Life<\/h2>\n\nThe legendary retired mixed martial arts fighter, Khabib Nurmagomedov, has expressed his wish that his former rival, Conor McGregor, embark on a new path in his life.\n\nNurmagomedov, 36, defeated McGregor in one of the most intense fights in UFC history in 2018. Nurmagomedov submitted McGregor with a rear naked choke, and then jumped out of the octagon to continue a fight with McGregor’s team. Nurmagomedov retired as an undefeated champion in 2020.\n\nMcGregor, who had a 1-2 record in the UFC after his fight, has faced a series of legal issues, including a civil case for sexual assault in 2024.\n\n\n
