The injury occurred during Thursday night&#8217;s preseason game.\n\nRichardson suffered a dislocated right pinky finger while being tackled by Baltimore Ravens linebacker David Ojabo in the first quarter of the game.\n\nThe team&#8217;s medical staff acted quickly to relocate the joint. Richardson tried to test his ability to grip the ball and even began throwing light passes on the sideline. However, coach Shane Steichen decided to take him out of the game.\n\nDaniel Jones finished the first half, and then Riley Leonard entered in the second half.\n\nThe X-rays taken during the break were negative, according to sources.\n\nColts players have a day off scheduled for Friday, but will return to the training camp in Westfield, Indiana, on Saturday.
