However, both teams maintained a dispute over Cardile&#8217;s start date.\n\nThe signing of the Italian is part of Aston Martin&#8217;s strategy, led by Lawrence Stroll, to compete for the championship from 2026. This strategy includes figures like Adrian Newey and Andy Cowell.\n\nAt the beginning of this year, Ferrari obtained a court order preventing Cardile from collaborating with Aston Martin until the end of his &#8220;gardening leave&#8221; period.
