Ally Sentnor Joins Kansas City Current in Record Transfer<\/h2>\n\nThe United States women’s national team forward, Ally Sentnor, has been transferred from the Utah Royals to the Kansas City Current, leaders of the NWSL.\n\nThe transfer has set a new record within the league, with Utah receiving $600,000 in guaranteed funds. In addition, a future sale clause has been confirmed, which stipulates that 20% of a future transfer will go to the Royals. According to sources close to the agreement, the Royals will not receive players in return.\n\nKansas City could send Utah up to an additional $100,000 in performance bonuses in the future. Kansas City’s payment to Utah will be distributed over several years to balance the impact on the NWSL’s net transfer threshold. Utah received $300,000 immediately, $200,000 next year, and $100,000 in 2027.\n\nDuring the summer, Utah considered trade talks for Sentnor with several NWSL teams.\n\n\n

She has started in all 13 of Utah’s matches, which has only managed one victory.\n\nKansas City, which already has a talented attack, leads the NWSL, with an eight-point lead over Orlando Pride, which is in second place.\n\n\n
