Stewart also has a fracture in his right leg,&#8221; stated Jessica Friesen.<\/p>\n\n<cite>Jessica Friesen<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\nA CT scan ruled out injuries to the head, neck, and spine, providing partial relief from the severity of the accident.\n\nThe video of the accident shows Stewart Friesen&#8217;s truck hitting the outside wall of the track, flipping over and catching fire. The vehicle landed hard on the track and was hit by another truck before coming to a stop on its wheels.\n\nJessica Friesen expressed her gratitude to the track team for their quick action and care in removing her husband from the vehicle.\n\nStewart Friesen is expected to be transferred to a hospital in New York on Wednesday, where he will undergo multiple surgeries, according to an update provided by Jessica Friesen on Tuesday.\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n\n<p>&#8220;We want to thank everyone here at the Trois-Rivi\u00e8res, Quebec hospital for the excellent care, and several members of the racing community who have helped make Stewart closer to home.
