Flyweight contender Tatsuro Taira will face a new opponent, HyunSung Park, as announced this Monday.<\/p>\n<p>Taira, ranked as the number 6 in the UFC flyweight division, was originally scheduled to face Amir Albazi in a five-round main event. However, Albazi was forced to withdraw for undisclosed reasons.<\/p>\n<p>Park, who was scheduled to fight Steve Erceg on August 9, will now compete a week earlier, headlining the main event on Saturday.<\/p>\n<p>Taira, coming from Japan, arrives at this fight after suffering the first defeat of his career, a split decision against Brandon Royval in October.<\/p>\n<p>Park, for his part, entered the UFC in 2023 and has finished three consecutive opponents inside the octagon.
