Wilkins was in the process of recovering from a Jones fracture suffered in his left foot last October.\n\nDue to Wilkins&#8217; management of his injury rehabilitation, the Raiders voided the remaining guaranteed $35.2 million of his contract on June 4.\n\nWilkins was released with the vested veteran designation rescinded. Faced with this, he requested that the NFL Players Association file a complaint on his behalf, which was done on Thursday.\n\nThe incident occurred in a team meeting room last week.
