This event, one of the most outstanding of the year, will run until August 3rd.\n\nThe Dominican delegation will participate in the disciplines of swimming and diving, presenting a combination of experienced Olympic athletes and young promises of national aquatic sports.\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dominican Representation in Swimming and Diving<\/h2>\n\n\nIn swimming, the country will be represented by Olympians Elizabeth Jim\u00e9nez, Javier N\u00fa\u00f1ez and Josu\u00e9 Dom\u00ednguez, along with the young Mar\u00eda Alejandra Fern\u00e1ndez. The team will be led by national coach Henry Reyes.\n\nIn diving, the Dominican representation will be composed of Olympians Victoria Garza, Jonathan Ruvalcaba and Frandiel G\u00f3mez, in addition to Saymol S\u00e1nchez.
