The injury appears to have occurred while Stewart was running on the court.<\/p>\n
This game represented the second consecutive match for New York. In Friday’s victory against Phoenix, Stewart had a discreet performance in terms of scoring, with only six points, although he contributed eight rebounds, five assists, two blocks and two steals.<\/p>\n
Before the game, Stewart was averaging 19 points, 6.8 rebounds, and 4.0 assists per game this season, contributing significantly to New York (17-6) holding the second-best record in the league.<\/p>\n
