In their first full match on the tour of Australia, the team achieved a narrow victory against the First Nations & Pasifika XV.\n\nThe match, which was played at Docklands Stadium in front of 30,000 spectators, started promisingly for the Lions, who went ahead 14-0 in the first 11 minutes. However, the match became complicated as the game progressed.\n\nThe situation became more difficult when Scotland’s winger, Darcy Graham, had to leave the field due to a leg injury. The opponents reacted and were close to snatching victory before losing 24-19.\n\nFarrell, despite everything, played an important role, actively involving himself in the game and demonstrating his commitment to the team. He participated in some of the Lions’ four tries and defended with determination.\n\n
