The project would be located on state-owned land in Ensanche La Fe.\n\nThe commission, led by magistrate Jorge Subero Isa, was established by Decree No. 306-5. Its purpose is to analyze the feasibility of the sports project and evaluate other possible urban developments in the area.\n\nDuring the meeting, a critical path estimated at six months was established. At the end of this period, a final report with the commission&#8217;s conclusions will be presented.\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n\n<p>\u201cThe first objective is to determine if any project presented for a new stadium is viable, and the second is that the only thing the Dominican State will contribute is the land,\u201d expressed Subero Isa, making it clear that a public-private partnership is being sought to carry out the work. \u201cIt is the private sector that will finance the project if it is viable,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n\n<cite>Jorge Subero Isa<\/cite>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\nIn the meeting, technical, legal, and strategic analyses were initiated. The internal regulations were also defined, the secretary was appointed, and the operational guidelines of the commission were established. The project is envisioned as an &#8220;urban-sports&#8221; development with an integral approach for the city.\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Commission Members<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Jorge Subero Isa<\/li>\n<li>Kelvin Cruz, Minister of Sports<\/li>\n<li>Juan Alberto Mustaf\u00e1 Michel, General Manager of BANDEX<\/li>\n<li>Junior Noboa, National Baseball Commissioner<\/li>\n<li>Ang\u00e9lica Noboa Pag\u00e1n<\/li>\n<li>Elka Shecker Mendoza<\/li>\n<li>Olivo Rodr\u00edguez Huertas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\nEdgar Torres Reynoso will be the group&#8217;s chief executive officer.\n\nAccording to the presidential decree, any state institution that receives proposals related to the project must submit them to this commission for evaluation.
