Through a public statement, Mart\u00ednez emphasized that the development of the area requires measures that transcend rhetoric and translate into tangible results.<\/p>\n\n<p>For the leader, the rescue of the countryside and the protection of soils, mountains, and water sources depend on a solid institutional will, backed by clear budgets and constant technical assistance. Mart\u00ednez stressed that the success of any initiative must be measured by the real impact on farmers&#8217; incomes and not just by the delivery of equipment or supplies.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Questioning institutional management<\/h2>\n\n<p>Although he acknowledged the efforts made by the Special Fund for Agricultural Development (FEDA) with the delivery of plants and tools, the former candidate pointed out a critical lack of follow-up on these projects.
