The former mayor reaffirmed his conviction that politics should be an exercise of service and social commitment, where transparency is the fundamental pillar to guarantee citizen well-being.<\/p>\n\n<p>The work has the intellectual endorsement of municipalist Juli\u00e1n Roa, who wrote the prologue, and a liminal text by Manuel Salazar, an expert in public policy.
